Bush chest bumps a cadet at the Air Forces graduation ceremony in Colorado Springs, Colorado Yesterday May 28th. The President completely shocked onlookers and fellow cadets when he decided to give one soldier, Theodore Shiveley from Plano, Texas, the a pretty crazy salute, a ‘chest bump’.
