I am subscribed to all the latest trend websites, and have people email me with the latest and greatest new websites to hit the internet world. Well, Today my inbox was buzzing about this new Program called AffordableAffiliates. The site can be accessed at:AffordableAffiliates.com
First I will explain how this new Investment program/affiliate program hybrid works, then go over some of the pros and cons of such a program like AffordableAffiliates.. Simply you invest with them an amount between $100, and $500, currently via paypal. They then use this money to purchase antiques, collectibles and other products which they resell on ebay for much much more. This is then how the profits of this resale are split:
How AffordableAffiliates Pays You:
We buy an Item for $10.00 and sell it for $100.00 .
Your initial $10.00 + 10% of the $90 profit is returned to your account for re-investment ($19).
10% or the profit is added to your monthly payout ($9).
5% of the profit is sent to your designated charity ($4.50).
5% of the profit goes to the person who referred you to AffordableAffiliates Network ($4.50).

Some Problem I can foresee in the Future:
- Paypal - We all know paypal is very strict in what they do and do not allow. Since this is an unregistered Investment program, it is possible, if not likely that Paypal will suspend their account. Thus Affordable Affiliates will have to look into accepting alternate means of payment such as possibly Liberty Reserve and Alertpay.
- What works on a small scale may not work on a large scale – Just because they may be able to make massive profits buy and selling products with several thousand dollars, does not mean this strategy can be expanded indefinitely. Will they be able to succeed in using the same strategy to make 10 or 100 times the profit as they were before? Only the AffordableAffiliates team knows this for sure.
- Legalities – Since this is not a registered investment, there may be future legal issues unless they are licensed offshore. I could not find anything on the website saying just where the company is registered.
Conclusion about AffordableAffiliates:
As with any internet investment program, I urge extreme caution. If you have $100 – $500 to investment, that you can afford to do without, then consider this program. If on the other hand you do not have money to just throw away, reconsider investing into an internet program that is not governed by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Look at it as a gamble in Vegas. There is also the possibility that AffordableAffiliates is just one big ponzi scam. You never know with this internet stuff.
