We have had a ton of people write in with questions and comments on the pending Universal Health Care Bill that is now in the Senate. I have not seen a more debated topic in politics in quite a long time. The pending Bill which Obama hopes to have signed into law by the end of 2009 will affect just about everyone in America in one way or another.
There seems to be a vast majority of American’s who weigh in on the proposed changes, yet don’t really understand what it means for them or anyone else for that matter. Universal Health care is something that politicians have been promising us for generations. There is no doubt that the health care system here in America needs change. The question is what kind of change and how much. If you want to debate these issues and give your opinion on them, head over to the Universal Health Care Forum and weigh in.
One thing is certain and that is, no matter what kind of changes in the Health care system take place with the passage of a new bill into law, the changes will be far reaching and possibly life altering for many Americans. The next few months should be interesting to see if the Senate can Give the president what he’s been asking for. Calls of socialism and the loss of American freedom are already starting.
