Women for fair politics want Hillary Clinton as Vice President

Category: Uncategorizedadmin @ 12:11 pm

Well that was quick. The same day that Obama becomes the Democratic presidential candidate, there is a petition to have Obama team up with Hillary Clinton and make her his Vice Presidential running mate. The grassroots organization called “Women for Fair Politics” has created a website (womenforfairpolitics.com) which strongly supports Hillary Clinton through and through.

On this site located at womenforfairpolitics.com, there is a petition by Lanny J. Davis asking Barack Obama to request that Clinton be his running mate for the 2008 Presidential election.

Here is an excerpt from the site.

“Loyal Hillary Supporters,
We have been asked to post a new petition by Lanny Davis, an old friend of Hillary and Bill Clintons. Each one of us will have to make the painful decision accepting Senator Obama’s nomination or asking Hillary to fight on to the convention! He feels out of respect of her 17,000,000 million voters that she at least deserves the VP slot on the ballot. Mr. Davis would like all of you to sign his petition to ask Senator Obama to place Hillary in nomination for VP. Although we are not endorsing this idea, we respect his opinion as a dear friend of the Clintons for over 40 years.”

As I was writing this article, MSNBC told viewers about this website, and the site almost immediately went down. I’m sure there will be a lot of web traffic going to this site for days to come, so there may be downtime. However if you are a strong Hillary supporter, you may want to join the “Women for Fair Politics” and sign the petition whether you are a woman or not.

Why should Obama pick Hillary as his VP? It is his choice not yours or hillary’s. You people who are shouting Denver Hillary or Mccain or Nobama are not true democrats. So she has lost now get on with the next race. Hillary and her supporters are acting like a three year old. Did not win the game and now want to take home the ball. You all talk about 18million well you know what Obama got 18 million as well. Grow up

What a joke these people are who call themselves Women for fair Politics. Where is the fair politics here. They are engaged in a war with an elected Democrat nominee “BO” because of either his colour, gender or personality, it can’t be anything else as his platform of policy is almost the same as “HRC”

I have been forbidden to comment on their website “WFFP” just goes to show how gutless they are, what’s happened to free speech?
Is that fair politics? If these women are true Democrats it shouldn’t matter if the Hunchback of Notre-Dame was the elected nominee, they should continue the party support regardless or they are not worth their salt.

Where have the true American Democratic thinking women gone?
C’mon you sulky silly women, collect your bat and ball and go back to the game.

The point in a vice president being on the team is to run the company immediatly in an emergency The only qualified person is Hillary CLinton. More voters believe she is qualified to run America than BHO- as was proven in the elections. She is the most qualified candidate for VP unless the BHO team wants to play like children and only play with friends they like having in the sandbox.

How can these women, who have worked so hard for so long, vote for McCain? McCain does not supports women’s rights, he calls his wife the “C” word in public, he wants to keep killing our children and the Iraqi children in an illegal war, and his idea of helping the health care crisis is to give each person $5000 and make sure they take long walks! This is pure spite! Even Hillary will vote for Obama!
