Looks like a site called picsmovedaround located at picsmovedaround.com is being spread via cell phone text message spam. It seems like someone does this every so often. Although Not illegal, it is very annoying. There are no laws I do not believe that prevent people from mass text messaging others. The site is a website that captures ones email in order to add you to their mailing list. They will then send you offers probably for adult material. The site itself is an adult looking site.
